madlib failed to reproduce that quality in this album i think, quass rapping still ace though. the jazz and well-placed comedy samples in the first album were incredible - the feeling you get when you listened to it was like no other. Had really high hopes for this one after the unseen and that bootleg. A must have for those who appreciate dusty crate digging and creative sampling. Hes at the top of his game taking you on a enjoyably hazy ride.
Again, madlib creates a musical landscape unlike anything else out at the moment.
